,

A facilitated multiplayer game and workshop format for young players, who take on the role of policy-makers trying to find the best way to get young people interested in green jobs. This lets young players reflect on their own priorities and interests through a kind of playful role-reversal, putting them in the shoes of “the grown-ups” trying to understand them. Players have to weigh different perspectives, from other young people to teachers, parents, green industry leaders, and people employed in green jobs, before coming up with their own policy recommendations, discussing them, and voting on them.

Both the game itself and the facilitator guide exist in an English and a German version.
